Instructions:

1. You Will Need: Your Colombian Curves YesoTrainer. A Bucket & a Rolling Pin.
2. Check the tag. Make sure you have the correct size.
3. Completely submerge your YesoTrainer in your Bucket of room temperature water.
4. Gently squeeze out excess water.
5. Immediately spread your YesoTrainer on a flat surface. Use your rolling pin to spread the plaster through the entire YesoTrainer. Leave no dry or plaster-free places.
6. Stand Up Straight & Put the YesoTrainer on your body immediately with the Size Tag facing out.
7. Raise your arms and take a breath when putting on the YesoTrainer to obtain a better mold.
8. Adjust the Velcro and then tie the cord using their respective eyelets.
9. Finally, you must wait for the YesoTrainer to dry completely. Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Time varies depending on the weather)(Be sure not to sit down until it is dry).
